Zio Voice August Update: What Shipped This Month and What We Are Working On

A quick look at what changed in Zio Voice this month: simpler pricing, clearer signup copy, cleaner vertical pages, and more precise recording language.

Product update4 min read

Not every product update needs a launch video. Sometimes the important work is a pricing page, a signup label, and a recording setting that has to be described plainly. That is what changed this month.

Pricing got simpler

Zio Voice now has a 14-day free trial, then $199 a month with up to 400 minutes included. That is the current public plan, and it is a lot easier to understand than making people decode usage math before they have even heard the product answer a call.

The signup page is clearer

The signup copy now points directly to the free trial. Small change, but it removes a little friction from the path between reading the page and testing the line.

Vertical pages got tidier

We now have dedicated pages for HVAC, real estate, and restaurant use cases. The restaurant page got the most recent cleanup: a shorter hero, clearer buttons, and the same audio-bar treatment used on the homepage so the experience feels consistent.

Recording language is more precise

One of the first questions a business owner asks is whether calls are recorded. The answer depends on the settings, so the terms and privacy language now say that plainly instead of making a blanket claim. You should be able to understand what a recording setting does before you use it.

Support has one address

All help now flows through one inbox, support@ziovoice.com. If you could not figure out who to email, that was on us, and it is fixed.

The live demo paths are also easier to find, so you can hear the pickup yourself instead of guessing from screenshots. Dashboard onboarding is still getting attention because that is where the product either feels easy or starts to feel like work.

The practical goal has not changed: answer the phone, capture useful details, and give the team a follow-up they can act on.
