5) Your content and data
A. Your content
You (and your organization) own the information you provide to the Service and the outputs generated for you through your use of the Service, including transcripts, lead data, and call routing outputs ("Customer Data").
B. Our use to provide the Service
You grant us permission to process Customer Data to provide, secure, and support the Service.
C. Data accuracy
AI systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing transcripts and outputs before relying on them for decisions, customer commitments, or compliance purposes.
D. AI-generated responses and caller interactions
The Service uses artificial intelligence to interact with callers and generate transcripts, summaries, routing decisions, and other outputs. AI-generated responses and outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, inappropriate, or inconsistent with your intended policies, instructions, or business practices.
You are responsible for configuring, reviewing, monitoring, and supervising your assistant, including greetings, knowledge sources, routing rules, escalation settings, and any information the assistant is allowed to communicate. You should promptly review transcripts, summaries, leads, and other outputs, and correct your configuration if the assistant gives incorrect or unwanted responses.
The Service is not a substitute for human judgment, emergency response, professional advice, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or binding business approval. You should not rely on the Service to make final decisions, provide regulated advice, handle emergencies, or create binding commitments without appropriate human review.
You are responsible for the policies, prices, offers, representations, promises, instructions, and other business information that you configure, approve, or allow the assistant to communicate. If your use involves sensitive or high-risk situations, you are responsible for using appropriate safeguards, disclosures, consents, monitoring, and human review. Certain sensitive uses may require written authorization from us.
We may suspend, limit, disable, or modify AI-related features or assistant behavior if we believe your use of the Service creates legal, safety, security, reputational, operational, or compliance risk.
E. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to collect, store, or process:
- data you do not have the right to collect;
- highly sensitive data such as medical records, payment card data, or government IDs unless explicitly supported and authorized in writing;
